Henry Alexander Wilson, D.C.M., relinquishes the honorary rank of Captain, dated 31st March, 1920, and retains the honorary rank of Lieutenant, with effect from 7th September, 1914.

Notice respecting Proposed Alteration of Boundaries of the Borough of Marton.

Wellington, 27th May, 1920.
PURSUANT to section 14 of the Municipal Corporations Amendment Act, 1913, it is hereby notified that a petition, in accordance with regulations, signed by not less than one-fourth of the electors of the area described in the Schedule hereto, situated in the County of Rangitikei, has been presented to His Excellency the Governor-General praying that the said area may be excluded from the said county and included in the Borough of Marton.
All persons affected are hereby called upon to lodge any written objections to or petitions against the proposed altera-
