aries of the said Sections 111 and 112 and a portion of the
western boundary of 113—all the aforesaid sections are in
Omaha Parish. On reaching the south-eastern corner of
102A, Pakiri Parish, proceeding thence by the southern bound-
ary of that section to its conjunction with the eastern boundary
of Section 94, Pakiri Parish; thence to the road at the south-
eastern corner of Section 94; thence by that road to the
north-eastern corner of Section 101, Pakiri Parish; thence
continuing by another road to the south-western boundary
of Section 55, Pakiri Parish; thence by the western boundary
of Section 55, Pakiri Parish, to its north-west corner; thence
by a right line to the south-east corner of the State-forest
reserve, the said right line running through Pakiri No. 1,
Blocks X and VI, Pakiri S.D.; thence by the south-east
boundary of the said State-forest reserve to the sea; and
thence by the sea to the commencing point. Such areas being
portions of Blocks I and II, Rodney S.D.; Blocks XV, XI,
X, VII, and VI, Pakiri S.D.
And that such special rate shall be an annually recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly
upon the first day of July in each and every year during the
currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until
the loan is fully paid off.

THE following special resolutions have been passed by an
extraordinary general meeting of the NEW ZEALAND
LAUNDRY COMPANY (LIMITED) held at their registered office,
Quay Street, Auckland, on 30th April, 1920, and confirmed
by an extraordinary general meeting held on 17th May, 1920:—
- That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
provisions of the Companies Act, 1908. - That R. S. MURKO be and he is hereby appointed Liqui-
dator for the purpose of such winding-up.

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 302 of the Com-
panies Act, 1908, notice is hereby given that YORK
STREET FLAX-SPINNING COMPANY (LIMITED), a company duly
incorporated in Ireland, intends to carry on business at 409
New Zealand Insurance Buildings, Queen Street, Auckland,
New Zealand, and that the New Zealand office of the com-
pany is at the said address.

AT a general meeting of the company held this day at the
registered office of the company the following resolu-
tion was passed as a special resolution, and it is accordingly
hereby resolved as follows:—
“That the company be wound up voluntarily under the
Companies Act, 1908; and that ARTHUR MAURICE ANDERSON,
of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and he is hereby ap-
pointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up, and
that this resolution is passed as a special resolution.”

POHUTU (LIMITED), IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the
shareholders of Pohutu (Limited) will be held at the
offices of ARTHUR MAURICE ANDERSON, 113 Customhouse
Quay, Wellington, the Liquidator, on Friday, the 18th day
of June, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose
of laying before such meeting the Liquidator’s accounts
showing the manner in which the winding-up has been con-
ducted and the assets of the company disposed of, and to
offer any explanation the Liquidator may wish to give, and
for the purpose of passing an extraordinary resolution as to
the disposal of the books, accounts, and documents of the
company as required by the Companies Act, 1908.

it was resolved, as a special resolution of the members of
Waerenga Sawmill Company (Limited), that as the com-
pany has ceased to carry on operations it is advisable to
wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be
wound up voluntarily under the provisions of the Com-
panies Act, 1908; and that STANLEY GEORGE CHAMBERS, of
Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed
