DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
EDWARD DANAHER, of Manunui, Sawmiller, and WILLIAM HAWKINS, of Manunui, Sawmiller, who have been carrying on business as Sawmillers in Partnership under the style or firm of “Danaher and Hawkins,” hereby give notice that they have as from the 30th day of April, 1920, dissolved Partnership, and the business will in future be carried on by WILLIAM HAWKINS solely, and that he is authorized to collect all debts due to the late firm and will discharge all the liabilities of the late firm.

HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL.
AVONSIDE ROADING LOAN, £12,000.—RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Heathcote County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing interest at five and a quarter per centum (5¼ per cent.), sinking fund at one per centum (1 per cent.) per annum, and other charges on a loan of £12,000, authorized to be raised by the Heathcote County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of roading, kerbing, and other public works, the Heathcote County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one and seven-eighths of a penny (1⅞d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property in the special rating area of the Avonside Riding of the County of Heathcote, the boundaries of which are as follows,—
Commencing at the junction of Kerr’s Road and Page’s Road, thence northerly along Kerr’s Road to the Avon River, thence along the right bank of the Avon River to Page’s Road, thence in a westerly direction along Page’s Road to the point of commencement.
And that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable half-yearly on the first day of August and the first day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

CASHMERE NO. 6 LOAN, £16,000.—RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Heathcote County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing interest at five and a quarter per centum (5¼ per cent.), sinking fund at one per centum (1 per cent.) per annum, and other charges on a loan of £16,000, authorized to be raised by the Heathcote County Council, under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of roading, sewage, and other public works, the Heathcote County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three farthings (¾d.) in the pound upon the rateable value of all the rateable property in the special rating area of the Cashmere Riding of the County of Heathcote comprised within the following boundaries,—
Commencing at the junction of the Heathcote River and the north-eastern corner of R.S. 82; thence along the eastern, southern, and western boundaries of R.S. 82 to the southern boundary of R.S. 241; thence north-westerly along the southern boundary of R.S. 241 to the north-eastern corner of R.S. 2047; thence in a southerly direction along the eastern boundary of R.S. 2047 to its junction with Dyer’s Pass Road; thence across Dyer’s Pass Road and along its western side to a point opposite the most western part of R.S. 34654; thence westerly for a distance of 500 links into R.S. 2063; thence following the contour of Dyer’s Pass Road and Hackthorne Road in a right line to westerly direction through R.S. 2063 to the south-eastern boundary of R.S. 1335; thence south-westerly along the boundary of R.S. 1335 to its most southerly point; thence northerly along the boundaries of R.S. 1335 and R.S. 814 to the Heathcote River; thence along the Heathcote River to the point of commencement.
And that such rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of August and the first day of February in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.—OMAHA SPECIAL ROAD LOAN 10-PER-CENT. ADDITIONAL LOAN, £200.
IN pursuance and exercise of powers vested in it in that behalf by the Counties Act, 1908, the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1908, the New Zealand State-guaranteed Advances Act, 1909, and the amendments thereto, the Rodney County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of paying the interest and other charges on a loan of £200 raised for the purpose of completing the metalling of the road from Big Omaha to Pakiri via Leigh, such loan being a ten-per-cent. additional loan on a loan of £2,000 authorized to be raised by the Rodney County Council, by vote of the ratepayers of the Omaha Special Road Loan District, for forming and metalling the road from Big Omaha to Pakiri via Leigh, the Rodney County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one thirty-third of a penny in the pound upon the capital value of all the rateable property in the Omaha Special Road Loan District, comprised of all the area within the following boundaries,—
Commencing at the south-eastern angle of Section 120, Omaha Parish; thence proceeding by the southern boundaries of that section, by the western boundaries of the said Sections 120 and 121, by a portion of the western boundary of Section 122 to the south-eastern angle of Section 68; thence by the southern boundaries of Sections 68, 67, and 41A; thence by the western boundary of the said Section 41A, continuing by a portion of the southern boundary of Section 104 to the south-western angle of that section; thence by a portion of the western boundary of Section 104 to the
