Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 76B 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Taumarunui on Saturday, the 19th day of June, 1920, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Edward George Thomson for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rangitoto-Tuhua 78B 2A 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Saturday, the 19th day of June, 1920, at 9 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be leased to Janet Marion Edkins for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 1s. 6d. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 3s. per acre during the remaining twenty-one years. Full compensation for all improvements.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to Janet Marion Edkins for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Blanche Stewart Runciman for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Charles Phillip Smith for the sum of £2 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Gordon Cornish Bennett for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Clyde Ingram Phillips for the sum of £15 per acre.”
