An Addition to a Hot Springs Reserve, Hawke’s Bay Land District, brought under the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of May, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the sixth section of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for an addition to a hot springs Reserve in the Township of Te Puia, Hawke’s Bay Land District, described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of the Tourist and Health Resorts Control Act, 1908; and such reserve shall hereafter be managed, administered, and dealt with in manner directed by the said Act.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, more or less, being Section 11, Block II, Te Puia Township, Block XVI, Mata Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 9, a distance of 209·8 links; towards the east by Sections 10 and 12, a distance of 119 links; towards the south by Section 118, a distance of 209·8 links; and towards the west by Ward Street, a distance of 119 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 57596, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Wahi Takaro Domain.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of May, 1920.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas by an Order in Council made on the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Wahi Takaro Domain:
And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the twenty-eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty:
And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

FREDRICK POHILL COLEMAN,
GEORGE ROBERT HOLTON,
ROBERT HUNTER,
JOHN MARTIN SOUTH, and

as from the twenty-ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, to be the Wahi Takaro Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the eighth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at a quarter past eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Town Board Office, Amberley, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WAHI TAKARO DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 55 acres, more or less, situate in Block VIII, Teviotdale Survey District, and bounded north-eastward by Reserve 899, south-eastward by the road reserved along the Ocean Beach, south-westward by Crown land, and north-westward by the road forming the south-east boundary of Rural Sections 22381, 29897, 22411, and 20486. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1246/23A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Woodbury Domain.

to be the Woodbury Domain Board, as from the twenty-sixth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fifth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Library Room, Coronation Hall, Woodbury, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
WOODBURY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 126 acres 0 roods 28 perches, more or less, being Reserve 1544, situate in Block VII, Orari Survey District, and Block I, Geraldine Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east and south-east generally by Rural Sections 3609, 15590, and 15892, 3318·8 links and 3688·9 links respectively; again towards the north-east by Rural Section 15892, 4007·1 links; towards the south-east by a road-line, 430·5 links; towards the south-west by a road-line, 6259·7 links; towards the north-west by Rural Section 17116, 3547 links, to the point of commencement: save and except therefrom Reserve 2828 and a public road along the north-west boundary of said reserve: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1254/18A, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
