TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD UNDER
THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
N OTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County
Council proposes to take the piece of land mentioned
in the Schedule hereto, under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Act, for the purpose of a public road; and also
that a plan showing the lands required to be taken is deposited
at the office of H. O. Cooney, Solicitor, Te Puke, and is open
for public inspection during business hours; and also that
all persons affected by the taking of the said lands shall,
if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of
the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such
writing, within forty days from the 18th day of May, 1920,
being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the
office of the Tauranga County Council, addressed to the
undersigned.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the parcel of land to be taken : One
acre six perches (1a. Or. 6p.).
Being portion of Ngapeke No. 5A, Block XV, Tauranga
Survey District.
Shown on plan No. 20888, coloured on plan edged pink,
Registration District of Auckland, County of Tauranga.
Dated this 18th day of May, 1920.
