of 21st December, 1898, and part of the Waioneke Kauri-gum Reserve Extension, set apart by Order in Council dated the 9th of March, 1903, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 12th March, 1903. Bounded towards the north generally by the public road forming the southern boundary of Allotment 31, Waioneke Parish, by Allotment 29 of the same parish, and again by the aforesaid road; towards the east generally by Allotments 25, 26, and 24, Waioneke Parish aforesaid; towards the south generally by Crown land (formerly part of Waioneke Kauri-gum Reserve Extension); and towards the west generally by the public road forming the eastern boundary of Allotment 10, Waioneke Parish aforesaid, and by Allotment 4 of the same parish. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/4/8, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Approving a Company under Section 22 of the Administration Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fourteenth day of May, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS it is provided by section twenty-two of the Administration Act, 1908, that the security of any incorporated company or guarantee society approved by the Governor in Council may be accepted by the Court as the security required to be given by an administrator or other person appointed to administer an estate under the above-mentioned Act:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve, for the purpose above mentioned, of the following incorporated company, namely:—

Vesting the Control of a Scenic Reserve in the Dunedin City Council.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by section thirteen of the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand doth hereby vest the control of the scenic reserve described in the Schedule hereto (being land reserved under the said Act) in the Dunedin City Council, subject to the conditions hereinafter contained, that is to say:—

The period for which the control of the reserve is hereby vested shall be three years from the date hereof, unless the reservation is previously altered or revoked under the said Act.

The said Council shall prepare a report each year ending on the thirty-first day of March, together with a statement of receipts and expenditure in connection with the said reserve. Such report and statement shall be sent to the Minister charged with the administration of the said Act as soon as possible after the close of the year.

The said Council shall control the said reserve in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the regulations made thereunder.
SCHEDULE.
EVANSDALE GLEN SCENIC RESERVE.
All that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 30 acres 2 roods 37 perches, more or less, being Sections 88 and 89 and part of Sections 62 and 63, Block I, Waikouaiti Survey District. As the same is described in the Schedule to a Proclamation dated the 13th day of February, 1912, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 13, page 705, of the 15th day of February, 1912.
Also all that area in the Otago Land District, containing by admeasurement 12 acres 3 roods, being Section 96 (formerly part of Section 86), Block I, Waikouaiti Survey District. As the same is described in the Schedule to a Proclamation dated the 14th day of September, 1912, and published in New Zealand Gazette No. 73, page 2732, of the 19th day of September, 1912.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Opening Education Reserve in Hawke’s Bay Land District for Selection on Renewable Lease.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1908, and the Education Reserves Amendment Act, 1910, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby declare that the education reserve described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection on renewable lease for the term of thirty-three years, with right of renewal for successive periods of thirty-three years, on Tuesday, the first day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at the rentals mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that the said reserve shall be leased under and subject to the provisions of the said Acts.
SCHEDULE.
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—WAIROA COUNTY.—BLOCK X, TARAMARAMA SURVEY DISTRICT.
SECTION 15: Area, 628 acres; capital value, £7,500; half-yearly rent (renewable lease), £150.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Notifying Land in the Southland Land District for Sale by Public Auction.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Wednesday, the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
SOUTHLAND LAND DISTRICT.—FIRST-CLASS LAND.
Southland County.—Mataura Hundred.
SECTION 63E, Block III: Area, 10 acres; upset price, £500. Weighted with £39 2s., valuation for fencing. The section is situated forty chains north of Edendale Township by good road. First-class land, suitable for cropping or dairying. Suitable residence-site.
TERMS OF SALE.
One-fifth of the purchase-money and valuation for improvements to be paid on the fall of the hammer, and the balance, with Crown-grant fee (£1), within thirty days thereafter, otherwise the part of the purchase-money paid by way of deposit shall be forfeited and the contract for the sale of the land be null and void.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this thirteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
