Declaring Portion of Mangaorapa Road, in the Porangahau Road District, Patangata County, to be a County Road.

At the Government House at Wellington, this fourteenth day of May, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Patangata County, known as the Mangaorapa Road, commencing at the eastern end of the Kaipara-Horua Stream bridge, and proceeding thence in a westerly direction generally, adjoining or passing through Mangangarara No. 1 Block, Mangaorapa No. 1A Block, Mangaorapa 1B, Section 2, and Section 3, all in Block VI, Porangahau Survey District, and terminating at the north-western corner of the said Section 3; being a distance of 2 miles 55 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48409, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and lettered B-C.

Declaring that the Provisions of Section 109 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to certain Blocks of Native Land.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
W HEREAS by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, it is enacted that the Governor-General may by Order in Council at any time declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to any block, section, or subdivision of land comprised in leases granted or confirmed under the West Coast Settlement Reserves Act, 1881, and the amendments thereof:
And whereas it is expedient that the provisions of section one hundred and nine aforesaid shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, for the purchase of which the Crown desires to negotiate:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section twenty-three of the West Coast Settlement Reserves Amendment Act, 1913, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby declare that the provisions of section one hundred and nine of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, shall apply to the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto.

Extending Prohibition of Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fourteenth day of April, 1920.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
O N the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the fourth day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the seventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, but only in so far as it affects the land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

O N the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, and by section one hundred and eleven of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913 (as amended by section eight of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1916), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of eighteen months the Order in Council dated the eleventh day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, and gazetted the twenty-first day of November, one thousand nine hundred and eighteen, prohibiting all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

O N the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council thereof, doth hereby extend for a further period of six months the Order in Council dated the twenty-seventh day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, and gazetted the twenty-ninth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, but only in so far as it affects the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto, prohibiting all alienation other than alienation in favour of the Crown.
