Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Ikaroa Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohau No. 3 Sub. 6c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Levin on Thursday, the 3rd day of June, 1920, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“That the said Ohau No. 3 Sub. 6c Block be leased to Ruihi Wehipeihana, of Ohau, for a term of twenty-one years, at an annual rental of 12s. per acre or 5 per cent. on the Government valuation for the first ten years, and 5 per cent. on the Government valuation for the residue of the term, but such rental to be not less than the rental for the first term.”

LAND TRANSFER ACT NOTICES.
EVIDENCE of the loss of certificate of title, Vol. 62, folio 282, of the Register-book, in favour of WILLIAM HENRY KNOCK and THOMAS CLIFFORD ROWLEY THATCHER, for Lots 23, 25, and 27, subdivision of part Allotment 5, Section 7, Suburbs of Auckland, having been lodged with me, and application made to issue a provisional certificate of title, notice is hereby given of my intention to issue a provisional certificate of title accordingly at the expiration of fourteen days from the 6th day of May, 1920.
