Order in Council amending the Maximum Price of Flour.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-
first day of April, 1920.

IN COUNCIL.
HIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and
consent of the Executive Council of that Dominion, and in
pursuance of the power and authority conferred by him by
the Regulation of Trade and Commerce Act, 1914, doth
hereby amend the Order in Council made on the twelfth day
of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and gazetted
on the fifteenth day of the same month, fixing the maximum
prices in New Zealand of flour, bran, and pollard, by sub-
stituting “£16 10s. per ton” for “£18 per ton” in clause 3
of the Second Schedule to the said Order in Council as the
maximum price of flour sold as therein mentioned.
