The Public Service Classification and Superannuation Act, 1908.—Election of Members of the Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that an election will be held for the purpose of electing as members of the Public Service Superannuation Board three persons from among the number of contributors to the Public Service Superannuation Fund who belong to Departments of the Public Service other than the Police Department or the Post and Telegraph Department; and notice is further given that—
(1.) The said election will be held on Monday, the 1st day of March, 1920, at the office of the Public Service Superannuation Board, No. 125 Lambton Quay, Wellington.
(2.) The poll will be closed at 5 o’clock p.m. Ballot-papers, enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the Returning Officer, may be posted not later than 5 o’clock in the afternoon of the day of the election.
(3.) Nominations will be closed on Monday, the 2nd day of February, 1920, at 5 o’clock p.m. Each nomination-paper must be in the form prescribed by the regulations under the above Act, must be signed by at least two other contributors belonging to Departments other than the Police Department or the Post and Telegraph Department, and must bear the consent of the candidate nominated. Nominations must be delivered personally or by course of post to the Returning Officer.
