Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Hautu 3F 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Friday, the 9th day of April, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said block be leased to Errol Thomas Cupples, Frank Leslie Cupples, and Lindsay Rowland McGregor, as tenants in common, for a term of twenty-one years, at the rental of 1s. per acre for the first seven years, 2s. for the second seven years, and 3s. for the last seven years.”
Dated at Wanganui this 1st day of March, 1920.
