The grant of milling rights, containing all usual and necessary conditions and tramway rights, to be for a term of forty-two years, and to provide for payment of half cash on confirmation by the Maori Land Board, and balance by yearly instalments over five years. And that a lease of 100 acres, part of the said land be granted to the said company for a term of forty-two years; at a rental of 5s. per acre per annum.
