west by Crown land; towards the west generally by Sections
4, across Glenroy River, 5, 3, 2, and 1, all in Block VI afore-

Gordon Survey District. Bounded towards the east generally

west generally by Sections 2, 6, and 5, Block XIII, and

containing by estimation 9,850 acres, more or less, situated
in Blocks VII, VIII, and IX, Maungatapu Survey District,

Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District,
containing by estimation 3,800 acres, more or less, and situ-
ated in Blocks IV and VIII, Rintoul Survey District. As

MARLBOROUGH LAND DISTRICT.

All that area of land in the Marlborough Land District,
being Sections 5, 6, 7, and 8, Block III, Gore Survey Dis-
trict, and containing an area of 1,677 acres, more or less.
Bounded towards the north by Section 9, Block IV, Gore
Survey District; towards the east by Section 4, Block III,
Gore Survey District; towards the south by a reserve for
the growth and preservation of timber, Sections 9 and 10
and Crown land, Block III aforesaid; towards the west
by Section 2, Block III aforesaid; again towards the north
by a public road; and again towards the west by a public
road and Section 11, Block III aforesaid, to the point of
commencement. As the same is delineated on plan marked
83, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of
Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Also all that area of land in the Marlborough Land Dis-
trict, situated in Block II, Gore Survey District, containing
an area of 520 acres, more or less. Bounded towards the
north by Section 19 and Section 14, Block II aforesaid;
towards the east by the reserve for the growth and preserva-
tion of timber; towards the south by Section 15, Block II
aforesaid; and towards the west by Section 19, Block II
aforesaid, to the point of commencement. As the same is

erally by Sections 21 and 15, Block II, Gore Survey District,

being Sections 5 and 7, Block VI, Orieri Survey District,

said Block VI, and 10, Block II, Orieri Survey District;
towards the south by Section 16, said Block II; towards

situated in Blocks I and V, Linkwater Survey District, IV
and VIII, Wakamarina Survey District, and IV, Orieri
Survey District, containing an area of 6,020 acres, more or
less. Bounded towards the north generally by Section 6,
Block I, Tennyson Survey District, Sections 4 and 2, Block
IV, Orieri Survey District, and Sections 141, 7, 8, and 10,
Block I, Linkwater Survey District; towards the east gene-
rally by Sections 9, 11, and 12, said Block I, by the public
road from the north-western corner of Section 12 to the
north-western corner of Section 11, and by Section 3, Block
V, Linkwater Survey District; towards the south generally
by Sections 1, 2, and 7, said Block V, and Sections 44, 43,
and 42, Block VIII, Wakamarina Survey District; and to-
wards the west generally by Section 3, said Block VIII,
Sections 1 of 38, 3, 7, 137, and 118, Block IV, Wakamarina
Survey District, and Section 103, Block I, Tennyson Survey
District, to the point of commencement. As the same is
delineated on plan marked 83, in green, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and

Also all that area of land in the Marlborough Land Dis-
trict, being Section 10, Block IV, Arapawa Survey District,
containing an area of 95 acres, more or less. Bounded to-
wards the east generally by Section 2, Block IV, Arapawa
Survey District; towards the south and west generally by
Section 9, said Block IV; and towards the west and north
generally by a reserve along the shores of Queen Charlotte
Sound, one chain wide from high-water mark, to the point
of commencement: saving and excepting from the above

Also all that area of land in the Marlborough Land Dis-
trict, being Section 8, Block X, Arapawa Survey District,
containing an area of 91 acres, more or less. Bounded to-
wards the north generally by Section 13, Block IX afore-
said; towards the east generally by Section 7, Block X
aforesaid; and towards the south-west by Sections 4, Block
X, and 6, Block IX, aforesaid, to the point of commence-

trict, being Sections 1A and 8A, Block VIII, Wakamarina
Survey District, containing an area of 236 acres, more or
less. Bounded towards the north by Sections 8 and 1,
said Block VIII; towards the east by said Section 1; to-
wards the south by the reserve along the foreshore of
Pelorus Sound, one chain wide from high-water mark; and
towards the west by Sections part 18 and part 7, said Block
VIII, to the point of commencement: save and excepting
from this description the public road traversing the said
