All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 4,320 acres, more or less, and situated in Block XVI, Aorere Survey District, Block IV, Waingaro Survey District, and Blocks IV and VIII, Waitapu Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Takaka County boundary; towards the north-east by Sections 5 and 6, Block IV, Waitapu Survey District; towards the east and south-east generally by national-endowment lands, Section 6, Block VIII aforesaid, again by national-endowment lands, and by the edge of the forest lying to the north of Paradise Peak. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 77, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 29,500 acres, more or less, and situated in Blocks II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIV, XV, XVI, and XX, Waingaro Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by the edge of the forest; towards the south-east and north-east by national-endowment lands; towards the east and north-east generally by the edge of the forest; again towards the east by the eastern boundary of Waingaro Survey District; towards the south and again towards the south by the southern boundary of the said Waingaro Survey District; and towards the south-west and west generally by the edge of the forest, the main Diamond Lake, again by the edge of the forest, by the boundary of Takaka County, and again by the edge of the forest. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 77, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 2,800 acres, more or less, and situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Waingaro Survey District. Bounded towards the east by the eastern boundary of the said survey district; and generally towards the south, west, and north by the edge of the forest. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 77, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 10,170 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks V, IX, and XIII, Takaka Survey District. Bounded towards the west by the western boundary of the said survey district and the edge of the forest; towards the north by the edge of the forest and national-endowment lands; and towards the east and south by national-endowment lands. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 77, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 846 acres, more or less, and being Section 4, Block VIII, of Takaka Survey District. Bounded towards the east by Section 5; towards the south and south-west generally by Sections 2, 15, and 7; towards the north-west by Section 108, by a line across Gorge Creek, and across a road; again towards the south-west by the said road; towards the west by Section 35; and generally towards the north and north-west by Sections 102, 6, 19, 13, and 12: excepting Gorge Creek and the roads along the north and south banks thereof which intersect the lands included within the above-described boundaries. All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 3,400 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks XIV, XV, XVIII, and XIX, Waingaro Survey District. Bounded towards the north-west by Takaka County boundary; towards the north-east generally by the edge of the forest; towards the south by the southern boundary of Waingaro Survey District; and towards the south-west by the edge of the forest: excepting from the land included in the above-described boundaries Section 2 in Block XVIII aforesaid, and the road leading to and through that section. Bounded towards the north by the northern boundary of the said survey district; towards the north-east and south-east by national-endowment lands; and towards the west by the edge of the bush.
