River, Beecham’s Stream, Section 3, the Heaphy Track, Section 6 of Block XIII before mentioned, a reserve along the left bank of Aorere River, and again by Aorere River; towards the south by part of the south boundaries of the Aorere and Wakamarama Survey Districts; towards the west and south-west by the Gouland Downs Scenic Reserve; and towards the north-west by Section 1 of Square 17. As the same is delineated on the plans marked 70 and 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 21,800 acres, more or less, and being in Blocks VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, XIV, XV, and XVI, Aorere Survey District, Blocks III and IV, Waingaro Survey District, and Blocks II and IV, Waitapu Survey District. Bounded towards the north by national-endowment land; towards the east generally by national-endowment land and Section 5; towards the south-east by Collingwood County boundary, the edge of the forest round Parapara Peak, and again by the said county boundary; towards the south generally by the edge of the forest and part of the south boundary of Aorere Survey District; and towards the north-west by national-endowment land: save and except Sections 1, 2, 3 in Block XI, Aorere Survey District, and 5,800 acres of land set apart for a State forest in Blocks XI and XII, Aorere Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plans marked 70 and 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 23,300 acres, more or less, and being in Blocks VI, IX, X, XI, XII, XIII, XIV, and XV, Kahurangi Survey District. Bounded towards the north-east generally by the watershed south-west of Saxon Creek, and which forms the west and south-west boundaries of the Gouland Scenic Reserve; towards the south by the south boundary of Kahurangi Survey District; towards the west by Lewis Creek, and towards the north-west by national-endowment lands. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 80 acres, more or less, and situated in Block V, Whakapoi Survey District. Bounded towards the south and north-west by Run 23; towards the north-east by national-endowment land; and towards the east by a line in continuation of the eastern boundary of the said run in a northerly direction. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 36,500 acres, more or less, and situated in Blocks I, II, III, IV, VI, VII, VIII, XI, XII, and XVII, Whakapoi Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the northern boundary of the said survey district; towards the north-east by Gouland Downs Scenic Reserve; towards the south-east generally by the edge of the forest; towards the south-west and south generally by the edge of the forest and Collingwood County boundary; and towards the south-west generally by national-endowment land, Gunner Creek, again by national-endowment land, again by the said creek, and again by national-endowment land to the south-eastern boundary of Run 23; towards the north-west by the said run; towards the south-west by the said run and Section 16; towards the west generally by the Heaphy River; towards the south generally by a line across that river, by a road, by Section 15, and again by a road; and towards the west generally by Lewis Creek. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 23,000 acres, more or less, and situated in Blocks IV, VII, VIII, XI, XII, and XV, Gouland Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the northern boundary of that district; towards the east by the eastern boundary of the said district; towards the south and south-east generally by the edge of the forest; towards the west and north-west generally by the edge of the forest and by part of the north-western boundary of Gouland Survey District; and towards the west by Gouland Downs Scenic Reserve. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 26,580 acres, more or less, and situated in Blocks I, II, III, V, VI, IX, X, and XIV, Waingaro Survey District. Bounded towards the west by part of the western boundary of that district; towards the north by part of the northern boundary of the said district; towards the east by Aorere River; again towards the north and west generally by national-endowment land; again towards the north generally by the edge of the forest; towards the south-east by Collingwood County boundary; again towards the south-east and east generally by the edge of the forest; again towards the south-east by the said county boundary; and towards the south-west and south generally by the edge of the forest. Included in the above area is a portion of forest land in Block II, Waingaro Survey District, north of Mount Olympus, and bounded towards the north by part of the northern boundary of the said survey district; towards the east and south generally by the edge of the forest; and towards the south-west by national-endowment land. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 71, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 930 acres, more or less, situated in Block IV, Kaiteriteri Survey District. Bounded towards the north and west by the boundary between Takaka and Waimea Counties; towards the east by Crown lands; and towards the south generally by Sections 4 and 3, Block IV, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 72, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 277 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, and being Section 23, Block VII, Kaiteriteri Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 6, Block VII; towards the north-east by Section 20, Block VII; towards the south by Sections 49, 13, 22, Block VII; towards the north-west by Sections 7, Block XIV, and 21, Block VII, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 72, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 27,230 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks X, XIII, and XIV, Mount Arthur Survey District, and Blocks I, II, V, VI, and IX, Wangapeka Survey District. Bounded towards the north generally by the boundary between the Buller, Takaka, and Waimea Counties; towards the east generally by national-endowment land, Section 8, Block II, Baton River, Sections 3, 6, Block II, 26, Block VI, Skeet River, Sections 39, 28, 1, 2, 3, 27, 9, 10, 11, 14, 16, and Crown land, Block VI, Section 15, Block X, Wangapeka Survey District, and national-endowment land; towards the west by the western boundary of the Wangapeka Survey District, and by the boundary between Buller and Waimea Counties. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 72, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 66,240 acres, more or less, situated in Blocks IV, VI, VII, VIII, X, XI, XII, XIV, XV, XVI, Owen Survey District, Block XIII, Wangapeka Survey District, Blocks I, V, VI, IX, X, Tadmor Survey District, Blocks I, II, III, IV, Tainui Survey District, and Blocks II, III, VI, Hope Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the boundary between Buller and Waimea Counties; towards the east generally by the line being the eastern boundary of Block IV, Owen Survey District, by national-endowment land, thence by Sections 9, 12, 10, 11, Block XIII, Section 27, Block XIV, Wangapeka Survey District, Sections 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Block II, Section 12, Block VI, Tadmor Survey District, and again by national-endowment land to the north-west corner of Scenery Preservation Reserve No. 1, and then by the said reserve to the boundary between Murchison and Waimea Counties; towards the south-west generally by the boundary of aforesaid counties, by national-endowment land, and again by boundary of aforesaid counties; and towards the west generally by the boundary between Buller and Waimea Counties. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 73, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

All that area of Crown land in the Nelson Land District, containing by estimation 7,070 acres, more or less, and being Sections 1, 5, 6, 7, Block III, Section 16, Block IV, Sections 1, Block VII, and 9, Block VIII, Howard Survey District, and Crown land in Blocks VIII and XII, Howard Survey District. Bounded towards the north by Section 5, Block XV, Tadmor Survey District; towards the north-east by Sections, 2, 3, 4, Block III, a public road, Section 11, Block IV, Section 5, Block VIII, a public road, Section 3, Block VIII, Howard Survey District; thence towards the east generally by Rainy River to its source; towards the south-west by the boundary between the Murchison and Waimea Counties, and by Sections 2 and 1, Block VIII, and 2, Block IV, Hope Survey District. As the same is delineated on the plan marked 73, in green, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Forestry, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.
