NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the
District of Auckland intends to erect a public school,
and to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act,
1908, for the purpose of a public school within the meaning
of the Education Act, 1914, the following land, namely :—
All that piece of land situated in the Waoku Survey Dis-
trict, containing 4 acres, more or less, being part of the block
of land called Tongariro No. 1b No. 2.
A plan of the said land, edged red, is deposited at the
post-office at Takeke, and is there open for inspection by all
persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon
to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the
erecti0n of a public school or to the taking of such lands,
and to send such writing, within forty days from the first
publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the
District of Auckland at its office, Williamson’s Chambers, in
Shortland Street, in the City of Auckland.

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the
District of Auckland intends to erect a public school,

Lands Registry Office at Auckland under No. 1324, of the
subdivision of parts of Allotments 42 and 44A of the said
parish, and also another part of the said Allotment 42, which
said lands are part of the said Allotment 42.
A plan of the said land is deposited at the post-office at
