Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whirinaki No. 6E will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rawene on Monday, the 3rd day of May, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Walter James Jackson at the price of £1 per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Tokerau Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tuhuna 1c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kaikohe on Friday, the 21st day of May, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Alfred Dobbs, of Kaikohe, farmer, for the sum of £1 per acre or at the present Government valuation, whichever be the greater.”

“ That the said land be revested in the Native owners.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohura South M 3D 1 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 7th day of April, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said land be sold to Leonard Fisher and John Jeffree Pendray, of Taumarunui, farmers, at the amount of the Government valuation.”
