Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau D 6B 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to A. G. Burgess for the sum of £600.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau D 4B 3B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Remana Nutana for the sum of £874.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Te Akau D No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ 1. That the land be leased to Susan M. Burgess for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.
“ 2. That the land be sold to Susan M. Burgess for the sum of £670.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Papahua Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Remana Nutana for the sum of £48.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whakapoungakau No. 7 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Wednesday, the 31st day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William Henry Smith shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotoiti No. 4 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Otaramarae on Thursday, the 8th day of April, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of part of the land by way of sale to Adolphus Montgomery shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotoiti No. 5B Block (part) will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Okere on Thursday, the 8th day of April, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William Theodore Hampson shall be agreed to.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Heruiwi No. 4A No. 2B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Murupara on Friday, the 23rd day of April, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Rotoma No. 1 Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of March, 1920, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a sum of £100 out of the rents be devoted towards patriotic purposes — viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa Tribe who fought in the European War, 1914–1920.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waerenga East No. 2B Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Rotorua on Tuesday, the 30th day of March, 1920; at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That a sum of £50 out of the rents be devoted towards patriotic purposes—viz., the erection of a monument in honour of all Maori soldiers from Te Arawa Tribe who fought in the European War, 1914–1920.”
