Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 4H 4B 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Morrinsville on Thursday, the 25th day of March, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be sold to Andrew Hanes Christie and Thomas Ray Christie for the sum of £1 10s. per acre.”

REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maungatautari 3C 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Whatawhata on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 11.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That the land be sold to Ethel Hope-Johnstone for the sum of £3 10s. per acre.
“ (2.) That the land be sold to D. Creech for the sum of £4 10s. per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to William Glasson Phillips for the sum of £20 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Tom William Platt for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to William Hamilton Hume for the amount of the Government valuation.”

“ That the land be sold to Arthur Pretty for the sum of £15 per acre.”

“ That the land be sold to Sholto Ferguson for the sum of £10 per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Opuatia No. 4 Lot 23 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tuakau on Friday, the 26th day of March, 1920, at 1.30 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ 1. That the land be sold to John York for the sum of £4 per acre.
“ 2. That the land be re-leased to John York under the same conditions as the original lease at a rental of 4s. per acre.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Kawhia W No. 2C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Rex R. J. Nesbit for a term of forty-two years at an annual rental of £12 15s. during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Aotea South 3C 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Raglan on Thursday, the 15th day of April, 1920, at 4 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ 1. That the land be leased to Harry Thomas Smith for a term of twenty-one years at an annual rental of 8s. per acre.
“ 2. That the land be sold to Harry Thomas Smith for the sum of £8 per acre.”
