Warrant amending Regulations re Deer-shooting Season, Rotorua Acclimatization District.
LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by Warrant dated the seventeenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, regulations were made prescribing the deer-shooting season in the Counties of Rotorua, Whakatane, and East Taupo, being part of the Rotorua Acclimatization District (hereinafter referred to as “the said regulations”):
And whereas it is deemed advisable to amend the said regulations to the extent hereinafter set forth:
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby amend clause three of the said regulations by substituting the word “ten” for the word “twelve” therein.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this sixth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section four of the Cemeteries Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint

to be a trustee, in the place of Rev. Herbert Edward East, deceased, to provide for the maintenance and care of the Kowai Public Cemetery, in conjunction with George Baynton Starkey, Thomas Henry Evans, Frank Herbert Courage, Cyril Thomas Wild, Charles Blake Mason, James Barclay, Thomas Cooper, and George Alexander McLean, previously appointed.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this fourth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.

Notifying Lands in the Nelson Land District for Sale by Public Auction.

IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the one-hundred-and-twenty-sixth section of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Monday, the tenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, as the time at which the lands described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule hereto.

Upset price for each section, £10.
The Town of Rakopi is situated on West Haven Inlet, about fifteen miles from Collingwood by road and track. Sections are nearly all flat land, soil of sandy nature, balance sandy slopes and flax-swamp.

PURSUANT to the authority conferred upon me by the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby notify and declare that the persons set out in the Schedule hereto, being persons holding the office of Postmaster under the Post and Telegraph Act, 1908 at the places set opposite their names in the said Schedule, are authorized to take and receive statutory declarations under the two-hundred-and-eighty-eighth section of the Justices of the Peace Act, 1908.
