Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Waitakaruru 1a 1b 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 19th day of March, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the land be leased to Stanley George Chambers for a term of fifty years, at an annual rental of five per cent. of the Government valuation during the first twenty-five years, and five per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-five years.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Section 1, Block VIII, Aroha Survey District (Ngatirahiri Reserve), will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Thames on Friday, the 19th day of March, 1920, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to exchange an equal area of Crown land for an area of 49 acres thereof shall be accepted.”

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whataroa Block will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Tokaanu on Friday, the 19th day of March, 1920, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That the said block be sold to Errol Thomas Cupples, Frank Leslie Cupples, and Lindsay Rowland McGregor, as tenants in common, at the amount of the special Government valuation.”

“ That the said block be sold to Errol Thomas Cupples, Frank Leslie Cupples, and Lindsay Rowland McGregor, as tenants in common, at the amount of the special Government valuation.”

“ That the said land, or a portion thereof, be sold to Errol Thomas Cupples, Frank Leslie Cupples, and Lindsay Rowland McGregor, as tenants in common, at the amount of the special Government valuation.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ketemarangi No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Thursday, the 25th day of March, 1920, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—
“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
