Declaring Portion of Road in Block XII, Hukerenui Survey District. Hokianga County, to be a Government Road.

LIVERPOOL, Governor-General.
ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.

Present :
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the portion of road declared to be a Government road: 4 acres 1 rood 15 perches.
Adjoining Sections 7, 30, and 24, situated in Block XII, Hukerenui Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 20691.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47823, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Portion of the Pakuratahi Block Road, in the Hawke’s Bay County, to be a County Road.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road known as the Pakuratahi Block Road, situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, commencing at its junction with the Napier-Wairoa main road on the northern shore of the Tongoio Lagoon, and proceeding thence generally in a westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Section 1 of the Pakuratahi No. 1 Block, Block VIII, Puketapu Survey District, and terminating at the western boundary of the said Section 1; being a distance of 1 mile 40 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48021, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Declaring Portion of the Marakeke Settlement Road, in the Waipawa County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road, situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Waipawa County, and known as the Marakeke Settlement Road, commencing at the north-eastern corner of Section 17s, Block VIII, Takapau Survey District, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through Sections 16s and 15s, Block VIII, Takapau Survey District, Sections 14s, Block VIII, Sections 12s and 11s, and part of Block 120, Ruataniwha Crown-grant District, Block IV, Takapau Survey District, and terminating at a point in the said Block 120, Ruataniwha Crown-grant District; being a distance of 1 miles 65 chains, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 48022, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A-B.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Chertsey Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of February, 1920.

Present :
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE W. F. MASSEY, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:

And whereas by an Order in Council made on the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the nineteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twelve, a Domain Board was appointed to control the Chertsey Domain:

And whereas the period for which the said Board was appointed expired on the fifteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen:

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint

ROBERT WILLIAM CROY,
JOHN DOIG,
PAUL DOIG,
JOHN IRONSIDE,
WALLACE CHARLES SMITH,
HUGH REEVE WILKINSON, and
WALTER THOMAS WILKINSON,

as from the sixteenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, to be the Chertsey Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Tuesday, the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at four o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Schoolroom, Chertsey, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
CHERTSEY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 29 acres 1 rood 38 perches, more or less, being Reserve No. 2376, situate in Block VIII, Ashburton Survey District, and bounded north-eastward by a road-line, 1219·1 links; south-eastward by the main South Road, 2764·4 links; south-westward by a road-line, 934 links; and
