RALPH WESLEY TALLKE, of Okoia, near Wanganui,
I, hereby give public notice that I have renounced, relinquished, and abandoned the use of my said surname of Tallke, and have assumed and adopted and determined on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the surname of ROBERTSON instead of the surname of Tallke; and I give further notice that by deed-poll dated the 30th day of December, 1919, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Wanganui, I formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of Tallke and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth upon all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of ROBERTSON instead of Tallke, and so to be at all times hereafter called, known, and described by the name of ROBERTSON exclusively.
Dated the thirtieth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

TAURANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD.—PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Tauranga County Council proposes to take the pieces of land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Act, for the purposes of a public road; and also that a plan showing the lands required to be taken is deposited at the office of the Tauranga County Council, Spring Street, Tauranga, and is open for public inspection during business hours; and also that all persons affected by the taking of the said lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said lands, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the 10th day of February, 1920, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the office of the Tauranga County Council addressed to the undersigned.
SCHEDULE.
Approximate area of the parcels of land required to be taken : 20.2 perches, being portion of 7A, Mangarangi Block, Block VII, Maketu Survey District, shown on plan No. 20838, coloured on plan yellow ; and 15.6 perches, being portion of 1H, Mangarangi Block, Block VII, Maketu Survey District, shown on plan No. 20838, coloured on plan red ; Registration District of Auckland ; situated in the County of Tauranga.
