DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto subsisting between CHARLES EDWARD NORTH and WILLIAM SHAW, as Rubber Vulcanizers, and carried on at Oxford Terrace, in the City of Christchurch, has been dissolved as from the 20th day of January, 1920.
The business will for the future be carried on by the said WILLIAM SHAW, who will receive all assets and pay and discharge all liabilities in connection with the said business.

AUCKLAND EDUCATION BOARD.
NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to erect a public school, and to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a public school the following land, namely : All that piece of land situated in the Takahue Survey District containing four acres, more or less, being part of the block of land called Mangataiore D.
A plan of the said land is deposited at the post-office at Kaitaia, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the erection of a public school on the said land or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Williamson's Chambers, Shortland Street, Auckland.

Davidson," has been dissolved as from the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, by mutual consent so far as concerns the said John Walker Davidson, who retires from the firm. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said JAMES DAVIDSON, who will continue to carry on the said business.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Education Board of the District of Auckland intends to enlarge the site of a public school, and to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, for the purposes of a public school the following land, namely : All that piece of land situated in the Survey District of Cambridge, containing one acre two roods and nineteen perches and nine-tenths of a perch, and being part of Section 131 of Block 16 of the Survey District of Cambridge (Matamata Settlement).
A plan of the said land is deposited at the post-office at Tirau, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours.
All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the erection of a public school on the said land or to the taking of such lands, and to send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office in Williamson's Chambers, Shortland Street, Auckland.
