ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, situated in Blocks VI and X, Waiwera Survey District, known as the western portion of Lot No. 195, Parish of Waiwera, and containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less. Bounded generally towards the north by a public road, 405 and 340 links; generally towards the east by a public road, 380 and 880 links; towards the south-east by a public road in a curved line; towards the south by a public road, 745 links; and towards the west by the other portion of Lot No. 195, of the Parish of Waiwera aforesaid, 1420 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, this third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.
