Bounded generally towards the north by a public road, 405 and 340 links; generally towards the east by a public road, 380 and 880 links; towards the south-east by a public road in a curved line; towards the south by a public road, 745 links; and towards the west by the other portion of Lot No. 195, of the Parish of Waiwera aforesaid, 1420 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
