Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52

THE Maori Land Board for the Waiariki Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whaiti-Kuranui No. 6A No. 2c will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Matamata on Tuesday, the 24th day of February, 1920, at 9.30 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolutions:—
“ (1.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to Irene C. Goodfellow shall be agreed to; or in the alternative
“ (2.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Irene C. Goodfellow shall be agreed to.
“ (3.) That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to William E. Hughes shall be agreed to.”
Dated at Rotorua this 23rd day of January, 1920.

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to F. Newmarch shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of sale to John Francis Dwyer shall be agreed to.”

“ That a proposed alienation of the land by way of lease to Raiona Kingi shall be agreed to.”

“ That an offer made by the Crown to purchase the land or any part thereof shall be accepted.”
