As the said portion of the Hauraki Gulf is delineated on plan marked M.D. 5117, deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and thereon coloured red.

  1. Any person committing a breach of the above regulation is liable to a fine of not less than £1 and not exceeding £20.

Recreation Reserve in Canterbury Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fifteenth day of December, 1919.

Present:

THE HONOURABLE SIR WILLIAM FRASER PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Canterbury Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Clayton Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.


SCHEDULE.

CLAYTON DOMAIN.

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Reserve 3999, situated in Block XI, Opuha Survey District. Bounded towards the north, east, and south by Section 1, Clayton Settlement, 1000 links, 1000 links, and 1000 links respectively; and towards the west by a public road, 1000 links. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/649, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 0 roods 17·4 perches, more or less, being Sections 6 and 7, Block I, Kaihere Village. Bounded towards the north-west by the Ngarua Road, 435·06 and 265·58 links; on the north-east by Section 8, Block I, Kaihere Village, 404·73 links; towards the south-east and south-west by river-bank reserve along the Ngarua Stream, 209·42, 246·3, 255·42, and 282·52 links respectively; and towards the west by Section 5, Block I of the aforesaid village, 410·34 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/652, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Regulations under National Provident Fund Act, 1910.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this twenty-third day of December, 1919.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by the National Provident Fund Act, 1910 (hereinafter referred to as “the said Act”), His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby amend the regulations made under the said Act on the ninth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and gazetted on the nineteenth day of the said month, and the regulations amending the same, and also the regulations made under the Finance Act, 1916, on the tenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, and gazetted on the nineteenth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, in the manner hereinafter set forth, and doth hereby declare that this Order in Council shall come into force on the first day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty.


REGULATIONS.

  1. THE forms “A” and “E” in the regulations hereinbefore referred to are hereby revoked, and forms “A” and “E” in the Schedule hereto are substituted therefor.

  2. The forms “A.S.-1” and “A.S.-2” in the regulations made on the 10th October, 1916, are hereby revoked, and forms “A.S.-1” and “A.S.-2” in the Schedule hereto are substituted therefor.

  3. The following regulation is hereby added to the regulations made on the 9th January, 1911:—

“27. Where any person or association of persons contributing on behalf of another person desires to transfer his or its rights as a contributor to such last-mentioned person he or it shall do so in the form ‘K’ in the Schedule hereto.”
