SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road situated in the Hawke’s Bay Land District, Hawke’s Bay County, commencing at its junction with the main Napier–Wairoa Road, proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through Arapawanui No. 1, Block XVI, Maungaharuru Survey District, Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, and part 5, Block XIII, Moeangiangi Survey District, and terminating at a point fifteen chains from the western boundary of Section 5, Block XIII, Moeangiangi Survey District; being a distance of 4 miles 1 chain, more or less. As the said portion of road is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 47447, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red and marked A.B.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a Government road.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road declared to be a Government road: 2 acres 1 rood 27·9 perches.
Being road through Section 20, Block V, Cambridge Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 19510).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45103 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Kynnersley Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this fifteenth day of December, 1919.

The Honourable Sir William Fraser presiding in Council.
WHEREAS by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter termed “the said Act”), it is enacted that the Governor-General may from time to time, with respect to any public domain, appoint such persons (not exceeding nine) as he thinks fit to be a Domain Board having, subject to Part II of the said Act, control of such domain:
And whereas it appears expedient to appoint a Domain Board to control the Kynnersley Domain:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said Act, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint
Meyrick Llewellyn Jones,
James Garfield Jordan,
Daniel Llewellyn,
Richard Henry Luff,
William McGuire,
Thomas Quinn,
Thomas Rogers,
Henry Ralph Larsen Slade, and
Thomas Wilkinson
to be the Kynnersley Domain Board, having the control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday the twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at half past seven o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Summerlea Schoolhouse, Mokihinui, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
KYNERSLEY DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, containing by admeasurement 6 acres 0 roods 14 perches, more or less, and being Sections 7, 15, 16, 24, 25, 33, 41, 42, 43, 44, 52, 53, 54, 55, and 160 of the Township of Mokihinui. Bounded towards the north-west by a line one chain distant from the high-water mark of the Tasman Sea; towards the north by a line one chain distant from the left bank of the Mokihinui River; towards the south-east, 1450 links, by a public road, Sections 8 and 17, Batty Street, Sections 26 and 34, Hector Street, and Sections 45 and 56; and towards the south-west, 463 links, by Lewis Street, and a line in continuation in a north-westerly direction of the north-eastern side thereof: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 1/635, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

And whereas it appears expedient to again appoint a Domain Board to control the domain:

to be the Greenwich Square Domain Board as from the thirteenth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and nineteen, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of and subject to the provisions of the said Act; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Waihola Athenæum, Waihola, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
