produce or manufacture of British Dominions have been removed, except in the case of—
(a.) Gold, or articles containing gold, except when consigned direct to the Bank of England;
(b.) Spirits other than brandy and rum; and
(c.) Hops.
- For the purpose of this concession it has been decided to accept as the produce or manufacture of British Dominions goods which owe at least 60 per cent. of their factory value to Dominion or colonial labour and materials.
The notification dated 16th June, 1919, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 19th June, 1919, is withdrawn.

Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.—Declaration by the Registrar dissolving a Society.
I, ROBERT EDWARD HAYES, Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Winton Traders’ Association (Incorporated) is no longer carrying on its operations and has no assets, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved, in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.
