Cancellation of Establishments of New Zealand Staff Corps and Royal New Zealand Artillery, and Annulment of certain Appointments on the General Headquarters and District Staffs, N.Z. Military Forces.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve that all previous establishments of the New Zealand Staff Corps and Royal New Zealand Artillery be hereby cancelled, and that the following appointments on the General Headquarters and District Staffs of the Department of Defence cease to exist, with effect from the 1st August, 1919, inclusive:—

THE following special order, made by the Manukau County Council, is published in accordance with the provisions of the Counties Amendment Act, 1908.

MANUKAU COUNTY COUNCIL.

In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 31 of the Counties Act, 1908, the Manukau County Council, on the petition of the majority of the ratepayers of the Papatoetoe Road District, resolves by way of special order that the said Papatoetoe Road District be merged in the County of Manukau, and the Board thereof dissolved.

The common seal of the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Manukau was hereunto affixed this 20th day of June, 1919, in the presence of—
