A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.


SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 3 roods 32 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 109 and 78, Block I, St. Bathan's District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45744, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners of the land adjoining the street described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Feilding Borough Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land and street are situated, proclaim as closed the street in the Borough of Feilding described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of street closed: 1 acre
Being Lots 22 and 23, part of Subdivision A, Manchester Block (Feilding Suburban), D.P. 1764, Borough of Feilding, Block XIV, Oroua Survey District.
