SCHEDULE.
Taupiri Domain.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing
by admeasurement 4 acres 2 roods 38 perches, more or less,
being Sections 78, 79, 80, 81, 82, 83, 84, 85, 86, and 87,
Taupiri Town (Block IV, Newcastle Survey District).
Bounded towards the north-east by a public road, 790
links; towards the south-east by a public road, 600 links;
towards the south-west by a public road, 790 links; and
towards the north-west by a public road, 600 links: be
all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is
delineated on the plan marked L. 1279, deposited in the
Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington,
and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan 3346, blue.)

Rules under the Judicature Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day
of July, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred by section fifty-one of the Judicature Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council thereof, and with the concurrence
of the Honourable the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand and three of the Judges of the said Supreme
Court, doth hereby make the following rules; and doth
declare that such rules shall take effect on and from the
fifteenth day of July, one thousand nine hundred and
nineteen.
RULES.
- THE Supreme Court and the offices of the said Court
throughout the Dominion shall be closed on Saturday, the
19th day of July, 1919, in honour of the celebration of the
signing of the Peace Treaty. - It shall be lawful for any one or more Judges of the
Supreme Court to order that the Supreme Court and the
offices thereof at any place shall be closed for any public or
proclaimed holiday in the district.

The South-eastern Side of Portion of Bordesley Street, in the
City of Christchurch, exempted from the Provisions of Section
117 of the Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this fifteenth day
of July, 1919.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection one of section one hundred
and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is,
inter alia, provided that the said section shall not apply in
any case where the local authority having control of a
road or street by resolution declares that the provisions
thereof shall not apply to any specified road or street, or any
specified part thereof, and such resolution is approved by the
Governor-General in Council :
And whereas by subsection two of section one hundred and
seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, and clause (b) of
subsection one of section thirteen of the Public Works
Amendment Act, 1911, it is provided that such approval may
be either absolute or subject to such conditions with respect
to the building-line, as the Governor-General by Order in
Council thinks fit to impose, and may refer to one or both
sides of the road or street :
And whereas the Christchurch City Council, the local
authority having control of the portion of street described in
the Schedule hereto, hereinafter referred to as the said portion
of street, has passed the following resolutionโviz., " That
the Christchurch City Council, being the local authority
having control of Bordesley Street, Linwood Ward of the
City of Christchurch, by resolution hereby declares that the
provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public
Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the south-east side of
the said street ":
And whereas it is deemed expedient that such resolution
should be approved in so far as it refers to the south-eastern
side of the said portion of street :
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of
the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of
the powers conferred by the above-in-part-recited Acts, and
acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the
said resolution to the extent hereinbefore mentioned.
SCHEDULE.
THE south-eastern side of all that portion of Bordesley
Street, situated in the Canterbury Land District, City of
Christchurch, commencing at its junction with Ferry Road,
and proceeding thence in a north-easterly direction to its
junction with the portion of Bordesley Street running in a
north-westerly direction. As the said portion of street is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
45993, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red and edged green.

Notice of Change of the Purpose of Portion of a Reserve in
Block XIII, Town of Ormondville, Hawke's Bay Land
District.

WHEREAS by section six of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908 (hereinafter referred to as " the
said Act "), the Governor-General is empowered in the case of
any public reserve vested in His Majesty or the Governor-
General, for any of the purposes comprised in Class II of the
Second Schedule to the said Act, to change the purpose for
which such reserve was set apart to any other purpose :
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto
forms portion of a reserve duly set apart for a site for a
Courthouse, being a purpose within Class II in the Second
Schedule to the said Act, and it is expedient to change, as
hereinafter provided, the purpose of portion of such reserve
so set apart :
Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of
Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New
Zealand, do hereby, in pursuance of the powers conferred
on me by section six of the said Act as aforesaid, declare
that the purpose of portion of the said reserve is hereby
changed from a site for a Courthouse to an addition to a
site for a post-office. And I do hereby further declare that
this notice is issued subject to the provisions of section seven
of the said Act, and shall take effect according to the pro-
visions of that section.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Hawke's Bay Land District, containing
by admeasurement 13 perches, more or less, being Section 3,
Block XIII, Town of Ormondville. Bounded towards the
north generally by Section 1, 82.2 links; towards the east
by Section 2, Block XIII aforesaid, 136.1 links; towards
the south by a public road, 73.91 links; and towards the
west by Section 1 aforesaid, 100.1 links, to point of com-
mencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As
the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 6/3/156,
deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and
Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this fifth day of July, one thousand
nine hundred and nineteen.
