Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Tanakira 2m 3b No. 15 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Friday, the 18th day of July, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Tuka Peni, of Koroniti, farmer, for a term of forty-two years, at a rental of 3s. per acre per annum during the first twenty-one years and a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government valuation for the next twenty-one years.”

Dated at Wanganui this 19th day of June, 1919.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Wharepuhanga No. 18A will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Friday, the 11th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be sold to the Crown for the sum of £1 per acre.”

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Waikato-Maniapoto Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Maruaitu B 4b will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Kihikihi on Friday, the 11th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the land be leased to Frederick Parker for a term of forty-two years, at an annual rental of 3s. per acre during the first twenty-one years and 5 per cent. on the unimproved value during the remaining twenty-one years.”

Notice of Succession Order made under Section 27 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913.

Office of the Aotea District Maori Land Board,
Wanganui, 18th June, 1919.

NOTICE is hereby given, in terms of subsection (2) of section 27 of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1913, that at a sitting of the Aotea District Maori Land Board held at Wanganui on the 18th day of June, 1919, the President of the said Board, exercising his jurisdiction as Judge of the Native Land Court, appointed Panenui (m.a.) as successor to the interest of Tuohu Panerui, deceased, in the Hapotiki No. 7 Block.

Any appeals against the above succession must be lodged with the Registrar within a period of six weeks from the date of the publication of this notice.
