Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Omaturangi No. 1D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Normanby on Wednesday, the 16th day of July, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That a sale of the above-mentioned land by the owners in favour of Hubert James Eaves, Otakeho, storekeeper, be approved at a consideration of £23 10s. per acre.”

Dated at Wanganui this 17th day of June, 1919.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Ohoutahi No. 2 will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1919, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be leased to Coral Amelia Davey, wife of Albert Edward Davey, of Hiruharama, farmer, for the term of forty-two years, at a rental of 5 per cent. on the Government valuation thereof for the first twenty-one years, and at a rental of 5 per cent. on the unimproved Government valuation for the remaining twenty-one years of the said term.”

Dated at Wanganui this 16th day of June, 1919.

Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taonui No. 1B will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to William Ernest Collins, of Wanganui, farmer, for the sum of £3,197, being the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the said land.”

Dated at Wanganui this 16th day of June, 1919.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taonui No. 1C will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to William Ernest Collins, of Wanganui, farmer, for the sum of £3,612, being the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the said land.”

Dated at Wanganui this 16th day of June, 1919.

REGULATION No. 52.

THE Maori Land Board for the Aotea Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Taonui No. 1D will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Wanganui on Monday, the 14th day of July, 1919, at 2 o’clock in the afternoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution:—

“That the said land be sold to William Ernest Collins, of Wanganui, farmer, for the sum of £369, being the Government valuation of the owners’ interest in the said land.”
