2nd Lieutenant L. M. Theakstone, whilst holding the appointment of Adjutant, Reception Camp, “A” Group, Larkhill, to date 25th January, 1919, and relinquishes the temporary rank on ceasing to hold the appointment. Dated 17th February, 1919.

HIS Excellency the Governor-General has been pleased to approve of the appointments, promotions, resignations, and transfers of the undermentioned officers of the N.Z. Army Pay Department and Territorial Force, and the reporting of officers from the N.Z. Expeditionary Force to the Permanent and Territorial Forces.
APPOINTMENTS.
Lieutenant-Colonel Charles George Frederick Morice, M.D., Bruss., N.Z. Medical Corps, Reserve of Officers, performed the duties of Principal Medical Officer, Trentham Camp Hospital, from 29th June, 1915, to 22nd September, 1915, was appointed Consulting Surgeon and Military Medical Superintendent at Wellington Military Hospital, to date from 22nd September, 1915, and relinquishes the appointment. Dated 26th June, 1919.
Captain (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) Robert Haldane Makgill relinquishes the appointment of Assistant Director of Medical Services (Sanitary), and is appointed Honorary Specialist Sanitary Officer, Auckland Military District. Dated 30th April, 1919.
Captain (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) Arthur Stanley Herbert, O.B.E., M.B., N.Z. Medical Corps, relinquishes the appointment of Principal Medical Officer, Rotorua Sanatorium, Rotorua, and the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel. Dated 14th April, 1919.
Captain Charles Treweeke Hand Newton, D.S.O., M.D., N.Z. Medical Corps, is appointed Registrar and Adjutant of the Chalmers Military Hospital, Christchurch, and is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel whilst so employed. Dated 22nd May, 1919.
