Land proclaimed as a Road in Blocks VIII, Hamilton, and V, Cambridge Survey Districts, Waikato County, Cambridge Road District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Cambridge Road Board, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Hamilton and Cambridge Survey Districts described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road:

1 0 3 Section 90, Block VIII, Hamilton Survey District.
0 3 0 Section 90, Blocks VIII, Hamilton, and V, Cambridge Survey Districts.

Situated in Parish of Hautapu. (S.O. 20273.)

In the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45598, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, Member of His Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, Knight Grand Cross of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire, Member of the Royal Victorian Order, Knight of Grace of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem, Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief in and over His Majesty's Dominion of New Zealand and its Dependencies; and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, at the Government House at Wellington, this twentieth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owners and mortgagee of the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and of the Otamatea County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Matakohe Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby, with the like consents as aforesaid, proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 39296, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Stopping a Government Road in Lower Wanaka Survey District, Vincent County.

A PROCLAMATION.

WHEREAS by paragraph (c) of section one hundred and thirty-three of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation publicly notified, stop or alter the course of any Government road or any part thereof:

And whereas the Government road described in the Schedule hereto is no longer required for the purpose of a road:

Now, therefore, I, Arthur William de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim as stopped the road described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped.

7 acres 0 roods 17 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Sections 12 and 13, Block IV, Lower Wanaka Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45682,
