IT is hereby notified for general information that advice has been received, through the Secretary of State for the Colonies, that the Board of Trade have issued a general license permitting persons in the United Kingdom to supply, through the Emergency Committee established at 27 Chancery Lane, London, for the relief of Germans, Austrians, and Hungarians in distress, parcels of food-stuffs, clothing and materials, and articles for mending clothing, provided parcels are supplied by way of gift and that none exceed 10 lb. in weight.
