CANTERBURY REGIMENT.

Lieutenant-Colonel (temp. Colonel) H. Stewart, D.S.O., M.C., relinquishes the appointment of Director of Education, N.Z.E.F., but remains seconded for special duty and retains the temporary rank of Colonel, and remains a member of the Board of Governors, N.Z.E.F. Education Department. Dated 28th February, 1919.

The undermentioned to be Lieutenants, under provisions of N.Z.E.F. Regulation 13. Dated 13th February, 1919:—

Major N. R. Wilson, D.S.O., M.C., is granted the temporary rank of Lieutenant-Colonel, vice Lieutenant-Colonel A. D. Stitt, D.S.O., M.C., posted to another battalion. Dated 27th December, 1918.

OTAGO REGIMENT.

2nd Lieutenant W. H. Cocker is seconded for duty with the N.Z.E.F. Education Department as a Grade I Instructor. Dated 8th January, 1919.

2nd Lieutenant (temp. Captain) W. R. Tuck to be Assistant Director of Education (U.K.), vice Major E. H. Northcroft, appointed Director of Education, N.Z.E.F., and is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst so employed. Dated 28th February, 1919.

Lieutenant W. M. Dawn is seconded for duty with the N.Z.E.F. Education Department as a Grade I Instructor. Dated 8th January, 1919.

Lieutenant (temp. Captain) H. E. Blennerhassett, returning to New Zealand for demobilization, relinquishes the appointment of Quartermaster, 1st Battalion, but retains the temporary rank of Captain. Dated 28th January, 1919.

Lieutenant T. H. Crawford, M.C., to be Quartermaster, 1st Battalion, vice Lieutenant (temp. Captain) H. E. Blennerhassett, returning to New Zealand for demobilization, and is granted the temporary rank of Captain whilst so employed. Dated 28th January, 1919.

Captain E. Zeisler, M.C., returning to New Zealand for demobilization, relinquishes the appointment of Brigade Major, 3rd N.Z. (Rifles) Brigade. Dated 5th February, 1919.

Captain H. E. Crosse, M.C., returning to New Zealand for demobilization, relinquishes the appointment of Staff Captain, 3rd N.Z. (Rifles) Brigade. Dated 5th February, 1919.

Captain (temp. Lieutenant-Colonel) William Little, M.D., N.Z. Medical Corps, is appointed Principal Medical Officer, Featherston Military Camp. Dated 6th February, 1919.
