That the said block be leased to Sydney Herbert Downes, of Wanganui, farmer, for forty-two years at a rent of 1s. 9d. per acre for the first seven years, 2s. per acre for the next seven years, 3s. per acre for the next seven years, and 5 per cent. on the Government unimproved value of the said land in the year 1940 for the last twenty-one years (Currie and Jack).

That the said land be leased to Tuka Peni, of Koriniti, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at a rental of 3s. per acre per annum during the first twenty-one years, and a rental equal to 5 per cent. on the Government valuation for the next twenty-one years (R. That the residue of the block of land known as Te Tuhi 3B, containing 317 acres 0 roods 8 perches, be leased to Sidney Smith Waide, of Ahurangi, Wanganui River, farmer, for the term of twenty-one years at a yearly rental equivalent to 5 per cent. of the present unimproved value of the said land (Currie and Jack).
69 19/193 Ngaporo 4 .. That the Ngaporo No. 4 Block, containing 200 acres, more or less, be leased to George Taylor Manson, of Pipiriki, farmer, for a term of forty-two years at the yearly rental during the first twenty-one years of the said term of 1s. 6d. per acre, and at the yearly rental during the remaining twenty-one years of the said term of 5 per cent. of the unimproved value of the said land at the commencement of such second period of twenty-one years (Currie and Jack).

Meeting of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board.

NOTICE is hereby given that a sitting of the Tokerau District Maori Land Board will be held at Kaikohe on Friday, the 6th day of June, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the matters mentioned in the Schedule hereunder written, and such other matters as may be lawfully brought before it.
