Notice of Meeting of Owners under Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909.
REGULATION No. 52.
THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Whetumatarau Block (part) is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Monday, the 24th day of February, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That a lease of portion of Whetumatarau Block be given to Arthur William Henderson, of Te Araroa, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at a rental equal to 5 per centum per annum of the Government capital valuation for the first ten years, and a rental of 5 per centum per annum of the then Government unimproved valuation of the said land for the balance of the term. No right of renewal or compensation for improvements.”

THE Maori Land Board for the Tairawhiti Maori Land District hereby notifies that a meeting of the owners of Pakihikura No. 3 Block is summoned and will be held, in pursuance of Part XVIII of the Native Land Act, 1909, at Te Araroa on Monday, the 24th day of February, 1919, at 10 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of considering the following proposed resolution :—
“That the Pakihikura No. 3 Block be leased to Bessie Annette Walford, wife of H. T. Walford, of Te Araroa, sheep-farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at the annual rental not less than 5 per cent. of the Government capital valuation of the said land, with a right to compensation for improvements effected thereon during the said period.”

“That the Pukerangiora 2B Block be leased to Watene Waititi, of Kiwi-Kiwi, near Kahukura, Native farmer, for a term of twenty-one years at the annual rental of not less than 5 per cent. of the Government capital valuation of the said land, with a right to compensation for improvements effected thereon during the said period.”
