Lieutenant (temp. Captain) Cecil George Gray is granted the
temporary rank of Major whilst holding the appointment
of Assistant Director of Dental Services. Dated 10th
December, 1918.
N.Z. ARMY NURSING SERVICE.
With reference to the notice published in the New Zealand
Gazette No. 51, of 24th April, 1919, relating to Staff Nurse
Mary Janet Murdoch, for the words “Dated 17th February,
