THE following tender for cartage of parcels and small lots of perishable goods, as required, between the Wellington (Lambton) and Wellington (Thorndon) Railway-stations and the City of Wellington and its suburbs, and for the cartage of parcels between Wellington (Lambton) and Wellington (Thorndon), for a period of one year terminating on 31st March, 1920, is published for general information.

Notice by the Public Trustee under the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its Amendments.

To the owner of the following land, that is to say: All that piece or parcel of land in New Zealand, containing by admeasurement 1 acre, more or less, and being Allotment 38 in the Town of Alexandra West, in the Parish of Pirongia, County of Rutland. Bounded on the north by Allotment 39, 289 links; on the east by a street 150 links wide, 190 links and 180 links; on the south by a street 100 links wide, 246 links; and on the west by Allotment 37, 383 links.

WHEREAS the Public Trustee has instituted inquiries, and has been unable to find the whereabouts of the owner of the above-described land or any agent of such owner in New Zealand:

Now, the Public Trustee hereby calls upon such owner, within six months of the date of the publication of this notice in this Gazette, to establish to the satisfaction of the Public Trustee his title to the said land; and if he fails or neglects so to do, the Public Trustee will exercise the powers and authorities granted to him in and by the Public Trust Office Act, 1908 (Part II), and its amendments.

Bounded towards the north-east by other portion of Allotment 28, 3528 links; towards the south-east by Allotment 26, 1440 links; towards the south-west by other portion of Allotment 28, 3370 links; and towards the north-west by a road 100 links wide, 1032 links.
