middle of that river to a point in line with the eastern

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section eleven of the Land Act, 1908, I, Arthur William
de Brito Savile, Earl of Liverpool, the Governor-General
of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby, with the consents of the owner, lessee, and mortgagee of the land described in the Schedule hereto, and of the Raglan County Council, being the local authority in whose district the said land is situated, proclaim as a road the land in Onewhere Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road :
