And that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring
rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly
on the first day of September in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a
half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
I hereby certify that the above resolution is a true copy
of and an extract from the minutes of the proceedings of the
Ohura County Council as passed at the meeting of the said
Council at Ohura on the 19th day of March, 1919.

“ That on completion of the winding-up, the books, ac-
counts, and documents of the company shall be dealt with

between WILFRED GATONBY STEAD and EDWARD
JAMES WATT as Sheep-farmers, carried on at Reporoa, Waio-
tapu, has been dissolved as from the 28th day of February,
1919. All debts due to the late firm are to be paid to Messrs.
RICHMOND and STEAD, who will discharge all the obligations
of the late firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately sub-
sisting between us, the undersigned, DONALD JOHN
BLACK and JAMES WILLIAM BLACK, both of Culverden,
carrying on business in co-partnership there as Farmers,
has been dissolved by mutual consent as from this date.
The business of the late Partnership will hereafter be carried
on by the said JAMES WILLIAM BLACK on his own account,
and he will receive all debts due to and discharge all liabili-
ties due by the said Partnership.
As witness our hands this fifteenth day of April, one
thousand nine hundred and nineteen.

WE, the undersigned, WALTER FRATER, ARTHUR FLET-
CHER FRATER, and CECIL PERCY MARSHALL, lately
carrying on business in co-partnership as Land and Estate
Agents, under the name of “ W. Frater and Son,” at Queen
Street, Auckland, hereby give notice that the Partnership
hitherto existing between us has been dissolved by mutual
consent as from the thirty-first day of January, one thousand
nine hundred and nineteen.
All debts owing to the late firm will be discharged by
WALTER FRATER and ARTHUR FLETCHER FRATER, who will
continue to carry on the business of the late firm at the
premises of the late firm in Queen Street, under the name of
“ W. Frater and Son.”

WAIKOHU COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND AND CLOSE A ROAD.
In the matter of the Counties Act, 1908, and the Public
Works Act, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Waikohu County
Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-
mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely,
the formation of a road ; and for the purposes of such public
work the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are
required to be taken. And, further, that it is proposed to
close the portion of road described in the Second Schedule
hereto.
Notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so
required to be taken and closed is deposited in the public
office of the Clerk to the said Council situated at Te Karaka,
and is open for inspection (without fee) by all persons during
ordinary office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking or closing of such lands, who have any
well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public
work or to the taking or closing of the said lands, must state
their objections in writing, and send the same, within forty
days from the first publication of this notice, to the County
Clerk at the Council Chambers.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of land required to be taken : 4 acres
2 roods 26 perches.
Being portion of Waihora 2C, Block XIV, Waingaromia
Survey District (Poverty Bay Registration District).
