SCOTLAND.
SHETLAND ISLES.—PORT OF LERWICK AND APPROACHES.—TRAFFIC REGULATIONS NO LONGER IN FORCE.
Notice is given that the traffic regulations for the Port of Lerwick and approaches, under the Defence of the Realm (Consolidation) Regulations, are no longer in force.
WEST COAST.—FIRTH OF CLYDE, ISLE OF ARRAN.—LAMLASH HARBOUR ENTRANCES.—TRAFFIC REGULATIONS NO LONGER IN FORCE.
Notice is given that the traffic regulations with regard to Lamlash Harbour entrances, published in former notices, are no longer in force.
ENGLAND.
SOUTH COAST.—FALMOUTH HARBOUR APPROACH AND PENZANCE BAY.—TRAFFIC REGULATIONS NO LONGER IN FORCE.
Notice is given that the traffic regulations with regard to Falmouth Harbour approach and Penzance Bay, published in former notices, are no longer in force.
VICTORIA.
PORT OF GEELONG.
Point Richards Buoy.
Notice is hereby given that on or about the 21st March, 1919, this buoy will be again moored in position, the temporary barge being removed.
The usual single flashing red light will be exhibited from the buoy.
Outer Harbour.—Black Spherical Buoy.
Notice is hereby given that on or about 21st March, 1919, this buoy will be temporarily removed for overhaul, and until returned will be replaced by a barge with a structure thereon painted black. From this, at a height of 20 ft. above sea-level, a flashing red light will be exhibited.
JAPAN.
HAKODATE HARBOUR.—NEW LIGHT EXHIBITED.—LIGHTED FOG-SIGNAL BUOY WITHDRAWN.
Notice is hereby given that the light of the following lighthouse constructed at the end of breakwater of Hakodate Harbour has been exhibited since the 6th of February, 1919, in place of the Hakodate lighted fog-signal buoy which carried away. The Hakodate lighted fog-signal buoy was permanently withdrawn on the same date.
Hakodate Ko Breakwater Lighthouse.
Position.—Lat. 41° 47′ 16″ N., long. 140° 42′ 0″ E. (according to the Japanese Admiralty Chart No. 6).
Description.—Lower part concrete, upper part iron lattice-work, painted red.
Height of Light.—36 shaku above the base, 42 shaku above the water.
