DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JAMES STEEN and WILLIAM JOHN STANLEY, carrying on business as Motor-garage and Taxi Proprietors at Matamata, under the style or firm of “Steen and Stanley,” has been dissolved as from the 2nd day of December, 1918, by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said JAMES STEEN, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of JAMES STEEN.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company duly convened and held at Greymouth on the 20th day of March, 1918, the following resolution was duly passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company also duly convened and held at Greymouth on the 11th day of April, 1918, the said resolution was duly confirmed as a special resolution, viz.:
That the company be wound up voluntarily; and that Messrs. H. S. CASTLE and E. J. RUNDLE be appointed Liquidators.

NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of section 230 of the Companies Act, 1908, that a general meeting of the members of the above company will be held at the registered office of the company, Richmond Quay, Greymouth, on Thursday, the 1st day of May, 1919, at 11 o’clock in the forenoon, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidators thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned FREDERICK WILLIAM OKEY and JOHN ROLLO, carrying on business as Engineers and Ironfounders at New Plymouth, under the style or firm of “Okey and Rollo,” has been dissolved as from the date hereof by mutual consent upon the retirement of the said Frederick William Okey, and that the business will be continued by the said John Rollo in partnership with the undersigned GEORGE SPIERS MILLAR, under the style or firm of “Rollo and Millar.” All debts due to and owing by the late firm of Okey and Rollo will be received and paid respectively by the new firm of Rollo and Millar.

In the matter of the Industrial and Provident Societies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the AUCKLAND MUTUAL MONEY CLUB (LIMITED).
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland Mutual Money Club (Limited) has this day filed an instrument of dissolution under section 15 of the above-mentioned Act; and further notice is given that unless within three months from the date of the Gazette containing this notice a member or other person interested in or having any claim on the funds of the said society commences proceedings in the Magistrate’s Court to set aside the dissolution, and such dissolution is set aside accordingly, the society will be dissolved.

RESOLUTION.
THE following regulations were laid before the members of the Westland Racing Club at a meeting held on the 10th day of March, 1919, at Hokitika, with a recommendation by the Chairman of the Club, Mr. Frank McGregor, that the same be passed at once with a view to their approval by the Governor-General, in pursuance of the Gaming Act, 1908, section 33.
Mr. Frank McGregor, the Chairman of the Club and the Meeting, moved, and Mr. Reginald Fane seconded, and it was resolved, that such regulations should be adopted, and that the Chairman be authorized to sign the same in authentication thereof.
The following are the regulations referred to:—
WESTLAND RACING CLUB.
REGULATIONS.
(Under the Gaming Act, 1908.)
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers in that behalf contained in section 33 of the Gaming Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities it enabling in that behalf, the Westland Racing Club, a racing club within the meaning of the said Act (hereinafter referred to as “the said club”), doth hereby revoke the regulations dated the 29th day of October, 1915, and in lieu thereof doth hereby make the following regulations controlling the admission of persons to that part of the Hokitika Racecourse situated in the District of Westland, and known as the Hokitika Racecourse, while the said racecourse is used or occupied by the said club for race meetings.

These regulations shall come into force on the date of the same being published in the New Zealand Gazette.

In these regulations the words “bookmaker,” “racing club,” and “race meeting” shall have the meanings ascribed to those terms respectively by section 2 of the Gaming Act, 1908.
