AUCKLAND MOUNTED RIFLES.
Captain R. W. Colbeck, returned from New Zealand, is removed from the N.Z. Roll, and ceases to be seconded. Dated 22nd November, 1918.
The undermentioned officers cease to be seconded for duty to New Zealand. Dated 22nd November, 1918:—

Captain F. Allsop, from being seconded as a prisoner of war, is placed on the N.Z. Roll. Dated 6th November, 1918.
Major H. C. Hemphill is seconded for duty as D.A.A.G., A. and N.Z. Mounted Division, vice Major E. A. K. Hudson, D.S.O., 1st A.I.H. Regiment, deceased. Dated 12th November, 1918.
Captain C. V. Bigg-Wither relinquishes the appointment of Quartermaster, and is seconded for duty with Graves Registration Unit, E.E.F. Dated 7th November, 1918.
Lieutenant S. C. Reid to be Quartermaster, vice Captain C. V. Bigg-Wither, seconded for duty with Graves Registration Unit, E.E.F. Dated 7th November, 1918.
Lieutenant M. E. Johnson, M.C., performed the duties of Adjutant, vice Captain W. Haeata, sick, from 23rd December, 1917, to 3rd January, 1918, inclusive.
Captain A. C. M. Finlayson, M.C., to be Major, vice Major H. C. Hemphill, seconded for duty as D.A.A.G., A. and N.Z. Mounted Division. Dated 12th November, 1918.
The undermentioned to be Lieutenants, under provisions of N.Z.E.F. Regulation 13:—
2nd Lieutenant G. Paton. Dated 14th November, 1918.
2nd Lieutenant A. B. Moore. Dated 30th November, 1918.
Captain W. Haeata is granted the temporary rank of Major whilst commanding a squadron, vice Major H. S. Whitehorn. Dated 15th October, 1918.
The undermentioned are granted the temporary rank of Captain:—
Lieutenant H. M. Rorke, whilst Second in Command of a Squadron, vice Captain M. R. Reed. Dated 4th October, 1918.
Lieutenant R. C. Chapman, whilst Second in Command of a Squadron, vice Captain A. C. M. Finlayson, M.C. Dated 4th October, 1918.
Lieutenant T. W. Aickin is granted the temporary rank of Captain whilst Second in Command of a Squadron, vice Captain W. Haeata, temporarily commanding a squadron, to date 24th October, 1918; and relinquishes temporary rank on marching out to N.Z. training units and depots in Egypt. Dated 9th November, 1918.
With reference to the notification published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 168, of 19th December, 1918, relating to Captain M. R. Reed, for the words “to 8th August, 1918,” read “to 4th August, 1918.”
