Lieutenant H. Tipping to be Adjutant, N.Z. Discharge Depot, vice Captain E. H. Beamish, Wellington Mounted Rifles (attached N.Z.E.F. Headquarters for duty), and is granted the acting rank of Captain, and remains seconded whilst so employed. Dated 9th December, 1918.
