SCHEDULE.
ALL that street in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Bath Street, situated between Stuart Street and George Street. As the said street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 43967, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of March, 1919.

WHEREAS by section one hundred and thirty-three (a) of the Public Works Act, 1908, it is enacted that a local authority shall not declare any county road or district road to be stopped until the consent thereto of the Governor-General, by Order in Council gazetted, is obtained :
And whereas the Wairoa County Council has applied for such consent in respect of the road described in the Schedule hereto :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the above-in-part-recited Act, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Wairoa County Council stopping the road described in the Schedule hereto.

Declaring Waitukuaruhe Track (Whitikau Block), in the Opotiki County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this twenty-fifth day of March, 1919.

THE HONOURABLE SIR JAMES ALLEN, K.C.B., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Opotiki County, known as the Waitukuaruhe Track (Whitikau Block), commencing at its junction with the Petipeti Road at the north-east corner of Section 4, Block IV, Urutawa Survey District, and extending thence generally in a south-westerly direction along the southern bank of the Waitukuaruhe Stream, and adjoining or passing through the said Section 4, and terminating at the north-eastern boundary of Section 7, Block III, Urutawa Survey District ; being a distance of two miles, more or less. As the said track is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 45699, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.
